Myanmar Consumers Union conducted Sharing of Consumer Education at Insein Community Centere on April 11, 2019. MCU shares consumer education including consumer rights and complaint mechanism. MCU introduced online complaint system via web and mobile application that consumer can submit their complaint when they received deceptive goods or services.
