Myanmar Consumes Union (MCU) and Australia Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) held the meeting at the Office of Department of Consumer Affairs, Yangon Region, Ministry of Commerce on April 12th, 2019. MCU Legal Adviser Daw Myat Myat Kyaw, Secretary U Maung Maung, Joint Secretary-1 Dr. Mo Mo Tin, Joint Secretary-3 U Win Min, Project Assistant U Aung Naing Min from Myanmar Consumers Union and two representatives from Australia Competition and Consumer Commission, namely, Mr. David Wang, Assistant Director from ACCC and Ms. Patty Kamvounias, Consultant from the University of Sydney attended the meeting and discussed about consumer protection organizations and consumer protection activities in Myanmar.
